How can I delete my account?

You can delete your Petme account anytime directly from the app.

Here’s how:

1. Open your profile and tap the menu icon in the upper right corner
2. Select Settings
3. Tap Account
4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
5. Type your username exactly as it appears on your profile – all lowercase, no capital letters

Finding your username

When you sign up for Petme, a unique username is automatically assigned to your account. If you haven’t changed it, it will follow this format: adjective_animal_number (like serene_cat_4756 or happy_penguin_8746).

You’ll find your username displayed just under your name on your profile page. Make sure to copy it exactly – including any underscores and numbers – and enter it in all lowercase.

Important

Once you confirm, your account and all your data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone. For more information about how we handle your data, check out our Privacy Policy.
