The fee is non-refundable, as per our Terms of Service, and it is only charged once the verification is completed and your application is approved.
Most sitters earn it back quickly – often with their very first booking.
Once paid, there are no further profile activation fees. Your account remains active, and you can focus on building your pet care business.
