Petme processes payouts 24–48 hours after a booking ends. Make sure your Stripe account is fully set up with all required details to receive payments without delays.
Getting paid for your work should be simple and predictable. That’s why Petme uses Stripe to handle all sitter payouts securely and reliably. After each booking is completed, your payment is automatically sent to your bank account.
Here’s how it works:
- Standard payout timing: Payments are processed 24–48 hours after a booking ends.
- First payout exception: If it’s your first time being paid on Petme, Stripe may hold the payout for up to 7 business days for security checks. After that, payouts return to the normal 24–48 hour timeframe.
👉 Important: To receive your payouts, you must have your Stripe account fully set up. This includes:
- Providing your personal or business details (required for verification).
- Adding a valid bank account.
- Completing any additional verification requests from Stripe.
If your Stripe account is incomplete or missing information, Petme will not be able to send your payout. To avoid any frustration, set up Stripe as soon as your profile is activated.
Once everything is connected, your earnings will flow seamlessly into your bank account – no waiting, no manual requests.
💡 Pro tip: Double-check that your bank account details are correct in Stripe and there are no security notifications on your Stripe dashboard. Even small omissions can delay your payments.
