How Much Will You Earn with Petme?
This is your business! You decide what services to offer (dog walking, boarding, drop-in visits, house sitting) and set your own rates.

Petme Fees
Petme charges a 15% service fee, so you keep 85% of each booking. These fees fuel our platform to help you grow your pet care business by reinvesting them in things like:
- Enhancing your tools on the app
- Providing 24/7 premium support
- Driving your visibility through marketing campaigns to connect you with more pet owners
Cash Back Bonuses
Earn big? Get rewarded!
- Over $5,000/month: 2% cash back (lowers fees to 13%)
- Over $10,000/month: 5% cash back (lowers fees to 10%)
Extended Care Fees
For bookings that go beyond 24 hours on the last day, additional charges apply to cover the extra time you are working. These are calculated automatically and shown in your booking summary.

When Will You Get Paid?
Payments are sent to your bank account 24–48 hours after a booking is completed. Fast and hassle-free!
How Does the Cancelation Policy Work?
You pick a cancelation policy for each service (same day, 1 day, 3 days, or 7 days). Here’s how it works if a booking is canceled:
If the Owner Cancels:
- Before your policy period: We refund 100% of your service fees to the owner.
- During your policy period: We refund 50% of your service fees to the owner; you keep the other 50%.
- During the booking (applies only to boarding & house sitting): We refund 50% of the remaining time’s service fees to the owner; you keep the rest.
If You Cancel:
- Before or during your policy period: We refund 100% of your service fees to the owner; you keep nothing.
- During the booking (applies only to boarding & house sitting): We refund 100% of the remaining time’s service fees plus 50% of the time already completed to the owner; you keep the remaining 50% of the completed time.
Is there an Application Review Fee?
Depending on your location, a small one-time fee to activate your profile may be needed to activate your profile, which covers part of our costs to verify sitters and maintain a safe platform. It’s a small investment for a big opportunity! And best of all? You can recover it with a single booking!
