Posting with your pet on Petme lets you share moments from your perspective, your pet’s, or both together. This article explains how to create a post with your pet on Petme.
Petme allows you to post from your personal profile, your pet’s profile, or both at the same time, giving you flexibility to share content in a way that reflects your bond. When you select who is posting—yourself, your pet, or both—the post will appear on the chosen profiles. For example, choosing only your pet’s username means the post will appear solely on their profile, while selecting both usernames will display the post on all selected profiles and in your “family posts” section, with all owners listed above the post. You can edit the ownership of a post at any time by going to the post, clicking the kebab menu, and selecting “edit.”
Follow these steps to post with your pet:
- Tap the “Create” button at the bottom middle of the Petme app to start a new post.
- Create your post, adding photos, text, or videos.
- Select who will be posting by choosing your username, your pet’s username, or both to determine where the post appears.
- Share it with the community!
- To change the post’s ownership later, go to the post, tap the kebab menu, and select “edit” to update the usernames.
