How do reviews work?

After a completed booking, the pet parent can rate you with stars and write a review. Reviews appear on your profile and help other pet parents decide whether to book you.

How to see a review

Open the chat with the pet parent and find the booking. Once the pet parent has left a review, tap View review.

How to earn good reviews

Reply quickly and kindly, even when you can't take a request. See What is the reliability score?.
Agree the details before you accept, so there are no surprises. See How do I accept a request?.
Follow the pet's routine as the pet parent instructed.
Keep the pet parent updated during the booking, for example with a photo or a short message in the chat.
Keep all communication and payments inside Petme.
