How does cashback work on Petme?

Petme gives pet parents cashback on every completed booking. Cashback rewards can be used to help reduce the cost of future bookings on Petme.

How cashback works

1. Book a sitter through Petme

   Once you complete a booking, the cashback amount becomes visible immediately in your booking details and in your Petme wallet.

2. Track your cashback

   You can view your cashback amount in:

   • The booking details page
   • Your Petme wallet

   To access your wallet, go to your profile and tap the wallet icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.

3. Complete the booking

   Cashback remains pending while the booking is active and is processed after the service has been successfully completed.

4. Use cashback on future bookings

   Once processed, cashback becomes available in your wallet and can be used toward eligible future bookings, helping you pay less for your next pet care service.

You can also view your cashback balance and reward activity in your account.

Cashback amounts, eligibility, and promotions may vary depending on the booking or program updates.
