To start using Petme as a pet parent, you first need to create a profile in the app. Follow these steps to get set up and ready to book trusted sitters and dog walkers in your area.

1. Download the App

The Petme app is available on both iOS and Android. Search for “Petme” in the App Store or Google Play (or tap the buttons below), download the app, and open it to get started.

2. Create a Personal Profile

Once you’ve installed the app, create your personal profile. Add your name, bio, and a profile picture. This information helps sitters get to know you and ensures your account is complete.

3. Add Your Pets

Next, add your pets to your profile. Include each pet’s name, species, breed, age, and any relevant notes. This information helps sitters understand your pet’s needs and preferences.

4. Fill in Pet Sitting Information

For each pet, make sure to provide detailed pet sitting information. Include dietary restrictions, medication schedules, behavior notes, and anything else a sitter should know. The more complete your information, the better care your pet will receive.

Go to the pet profile you would like to complete. Tap “Edit profile”. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Sitting information”.

5. Browse Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers

Once your profile is complete, you can start exploring services in your area. Tap the bottom middle button labeled “Services” to browse local sitters and dog walkers. You can filter by service type, distance, and ratings to find the right match for your pet.
