How do I change my profile photo?

Your profile photo is the first thing a pet parent sees. Before they read your bio or scroll your posts, they see your face — and a clear, welcoming photo signals the kind of trust that turns a profile visit into a booking request.

Here's how to update it:

1. Go to your profile.
2. Tap Edit profile.
3. Tap Change profile photo.
4. Choose a photo from your gallery.
5. Tap Done.

Your new photo will go live on your profile straight away.

Your photo is reviewed before it appears on your profile. Here's what's accepted and what isn't:

✓ Best choice — helps you get more bookings A photo of you with a pet

✓ Allowed A clear photo of just you

✗ Not allowed

• Only a pet, without you
• Business logos or graphics
• AI-generated images

If your photo doesn't meet these guidelines it won't be approved, and you'll get a notification so you can submit a new one.
