How does a custom price work?

Sometimes a sitter suggests a different price for your request, for example because your pet needs extra care. You decide whether to accept it.

What you see

In the chat, you will see the sitter's price and how much it differs from the original price, for example +10%. Below it you will find the Accept and Book button.

Your options

• Accept and Book: you accept the new price and pay in the app. The booking is confirmed at that price.
• Decline: you decline the offer and the request stays open. You can keep talking to the sitter in the chat, or close the request.
