How do I review my sitter?
Reviews help other pet parents choose a sitter they can trust, and they help sitters build their business. After a booking, you can rate your sitter and write a review.
How to leave a review
- Open the chat with the sitter and find the booking.
- Tap Rate this booking.
- Choose a star rating.
- Write your review. It needs to be at least 20 characters long.
- Send it.
You can only leave a review after the booking is completed.
What to write
Be honest and specific: how your pet was cared for, how the sitter communicated and whether they followed your instructions. Please don't share personal contact details in your review.
